Our development cycle is based on Agile Systems – it is a continuous cycle of improvement that relies on customer feedback and ideas, as well as quality assurance testing in the lab and onsite. We perform monthly “sprints” which included software improvements and we release a new software version every 10-12 weeks. This is provided to all our customers on the Warranty and Support Agreement free of charge. Version releases may contain a combination of new features, new products, bug fixes and enhancements. The release notes are published via our Usergroup Website and are also available free of charge directly from FE Technologies. Libraries can choose to upgrade to a new version release at any stage. New versions can be downloaded via the Management Console and either rolled out immediately or scheduled for roll out at a later time/date. Rollouts can be limited to one, some or all of the installed equipment.
